About the Position

This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insight, process structure, and strategic thinking to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with leadership from the GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Marketing) on a variety of long-term initiatives and ad hoc projects.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Process Improvement
    • Establishing processes & documentation to provide clarity on new initiatives, rules of engagement, changes to SOP, revenue attribution, roles and responsibilities, forecasting, etc.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams to continuously drive alignment and efficiencies across GTM teams
    • Working across GTM, Finance, and other teams to centralize information, share insights, and bridge operations
    • Data integrity: ensuring data flowing through our systems is accurate and reliable
  • Sales Enablement
    • Identifying and tracking leading indicators of revenue, key growth drivers, and performance metrics for Sales and CS teams
    • Building and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility into Sales and CS performance and activity using Salesforce and Tableau 
    • Leading the Operations onboarding process for Sales and CS new hires - providing documentation for and organizing training on the tech stack
    • Developing and implementing training plans and other content in partnership with marketing
    • Operationalizing and project managing new initiatives for GTM teams
  • Sales Compensation
    • Collaborating with Finance to define, administer, and report on commissionable revenue
    • Ensuring data integrity in the CRM by proactively auditing account and opportunity data
    • Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Must possess strong analytical chops, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse workload
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Tableau, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word required
  • 2-3 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, process improvement, and/or program/project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of the AdTech industry, a plus
  • Knowledge of Tableau (or similar DB), a plus
  • Knowledge of Sales engagement and forecasting tools, a plus
  • Experience building and administering commission plans, a plus

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards.  Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

The annual total cash compensation range is $100,000 - $130,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
